
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, acting as a bridge between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle HR operations such as employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building activities
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling
- Coordinate training, learning, and development programs
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR audits
- Support HR reporting and MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools
