Crest Data - Senior Financial Analyst - CA

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a mid-level role within the finance department

- Prior experience in the service sector (preferably IT or Pharma) is highly desirable

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, vouching, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

- Prepare full sets of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)

- Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

- Handle internal and statutory audits, serving as the point of contact for external auditors

- Utilize accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent with efficiency

- Prepare detailed MIS reports and financial dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint

- Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes across departments

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in accounting tools (Tally/SAP or similar ERP systems)

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

- Sound understanding of Ind AS

- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management decision-making
