Creospan - Manager - Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and execute end-to-end testing activities for critical projects in the Private Capital industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in FIS Investran, functional and non-functional testing, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive and well-defined test cases based on functional and technical requirements.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing.

- Identify, document, and track defects; raise well-structured and informative bug reports.

- Perform risk-based testing and highlight risks to relevant stakeholders.

- Conduct cloud-based application testing (advantageous).

- Use ADO (Azure DevOps) for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

- Ensure end-to-end quality control for assigned projects, maintaining high accuracy and coverage.

- Apply Private Capital industry knowledge to validate business processes and workflows.

- Utilize FIS Investran expertise across all application platform modules for validation and testing.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and test scope.

- Act as a client-facing QA representative, ensuring transparency and timely updates on progress.

- Support cross-functional project deliverables and process improvement initiatives.

- Mentor and guide junior QA team members where applicable.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and testing best practices.

- Recommend innovative testing approaches to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 - 6 years of overall QA experience with at least 3- 4 years in:

- FIS Investran knowledge across all application modules.

- Strong understanding of the Private Capital business.

- Proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps) tool for test management.

- Functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing.

- Test case creation and execution.

- Risk analysis and defect reporting.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience in test automation.

- Experience with cloud-based application testing.

- Exposure to project management concepts, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Advanced analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.

- Creative problem-solving skills; ability to think outside the box for flexible and scalable solutions.

- Professional qualifications in Change Management or Business Analysis (advantageous).
