Job Title: Head of Sales Enterprise (India & US) (Product engineering and Digital transformation company)

Location: Bangalore (Open to travel across India and the US)

Must have US B1 Visa

Job Brief

One of our esteemed clients, a leading technology partner in product engineering and digital transformation, is looking for a Head of Sales Enterprise to lead sales efforts across India and the US.

This role is ideal for someone with strong CXO connections, especially CTOs and CEOs, who can close high-value enterprise deals and help grow business globally.

The candidate must be hands-on, strategic, and passionate about building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

New Business Development

- Identify and connect with CXOs across target companies in India and the US

- Use your current network to build new business opportunities

- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline and drive it to closure

Account Management

- Manage and grow key accounts

- Build trust and strong relationships for repeat business

Events & Brand Presence

- Represent the company at events, tech summits, and CXO roundtables

- Strengthen brand visibility through networking and partnerships

Collaboration & Strategy

- Work with the leadership team on go-to-market plans

- Share insights about the market, clients, and sales trends

- Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams to align efforts

Qualifications

- 10 to 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development

- Active connections with CXOs (especially CTOs and CEOs)

- Experience in closing large deals (valued at $250K or more)

- Strong knowledge of IT services and consultative selling

- Willingness to travel within India and to the US and must have US B1 Visa

Good to Have

- Experience working with US-based clients or markets

- Strong connections and client relationships in US market

- Familiarity with industries like fintech, healthcare, or IT services

- Prior experience in growth-stage or fast-paced startups
