Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team. - Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Results-Oriented: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools. - Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - An MBA is preferred
