Description:


We are looking for: Position: Talent Acquisition Lead.


We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruitment function and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full-cycle hiring process from talent planning and sourcing to final selection and onboarding.


This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and scale.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across departments, ensuring seamless candidate experience.

- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build hiring plans.

- Source high-quality talent through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skillset, experience, and culture fit.

- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

- Design and execute employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and campus hiring programs.

- Drive onboarding for selected candidates ensuring smooth joining formalities and documentation.

- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring positions.

- Track hiring metrics, provide weekly reports, and analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and timelines.

- Mentor junior recruiters or HR associates involved in hiring.

Qualifications:


- 3 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS, and sourcing tools.

- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a sense of ownership and urgency.

- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.

- Prior experience leading recruitment initiatives or managing a small TA team is a plus.
