- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Cluster Head to lead and execute multi-channel strategies across regions.

- The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and own the overall digital marketing strategy across all online platforms.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels.

- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital initiatives.

- Plan and optimize marketing budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product, and leadership) to align marketing goals with business objectives.

- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.

- Implement marketing automation and CRM workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.

- Utilize analytics and performance data to guide decisions and continuously improve results.

- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements:


- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of multi channel strategy.

- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital campaigns and initiatives.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.

- Experience in managing large marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Marketing Automation.

- Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:


- Experience in managing brand marketing campaigns across diverse industries.

- Exposure to influencer marketing, content marketing, or affiliate marketing.

- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

- Experience working with creative and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end marketing solutions.
