Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Cluster Head to lead and execute multi-channel strategies across regions.
The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple clusters.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report performance.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience: 5-6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
