Job Description: Digital Marketing Campaign Manager


Position Overview:


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with 3+ years of experience to optimize our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring high ROI and impactful results. This role demands a seasoned expert who can design, implement, and refine campaigns across multiple channels, using a data-driven approach to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of performance marketing strategies, a strong analytical skill set, and experience with managing significant ad budgets across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy, Planning, and Execution


- Develop, execute, and scale high-impact, multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall business goals, brand strategies, and product launches.


- Build out targeted and personalized ad experiences for different audience segments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.


Performance Optimization & Testing


- Lead regular A/B and multivariate testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance and minimize acquisition costs.


- Analyze campaign data, report insights, and recommend actionable strategies to improve KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.


- Use analytical tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms, to monitor and refine campaign performance continuously.


Budget Management & ROI Maximization


- Oversee and manage substantial ad budgets across multiple platforms, optimizing allocations based on performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).


- Implement advanced bidding strategies and budget management tactics to


Data Analysis & Reporting


- Prepare in-depth campaign performance reports, translating data into clear and actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.


- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance reporting mechanisms and deliver real-time performance metrics.


Competitor Analysis & Industry Research


- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and industry best practices.


- Stay informed of the latest changes in platform algorithms, ad formats, and industry trends to maintain a high level of performance.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.


- 3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with proven success in scaling and optimizing high-budget campaigns.


- Proficient with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others) and advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).


- Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques.


- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and customer journey mapping.


- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.


- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders clearly.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing.


- Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in paid campaigns.


- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools.


- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint.
