Credit Wise Capital - State Head - Collections

Role Overview :

Responsible for overseeing and managing the collections process for two-wheeler loans across the assigned state. The role involves ensuring timely recovery, minimizing delinquencies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve collection targets and reduce non-performing assets (NPAs).

- Lead and manage a team of Area Collection Managers (ACMs) and Collection Officers (COs).

- Monitor bucket-wise resolutions, arrear recovery, and roll-forward rates.

- Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and collection agencies.

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the collection process.

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer grievances and improve recovery rates.

- Prepare and present periodic reports on collection performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in collections, preferably in the two-wheeler or financial services sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with state-specific legal and regulatory frameworks.
