Chief Of Staff


Description:


1. Strategic Planning & Execution


- Support the Founder in identifying, prioritizing, and driving strategic business initiatives across departments.


- Work with the Board of Directors and CEOs to develop inclusive strategic plans.


- Collaborate with Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) to establish a capital plan aligned with company strategies.


- Identify strategic threats and risks and develop plans to mitigate them.


- Analyze changes in market share, company performance, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.


- Conduct research, data analysis, and business modeling to support decision-making.


- Identify strategic partnership opportunities, potential ventures, acquisitions and merger targets, and key capital projects.


- Set suitable metrics for measuring organizational progress and performance.


- Monitor business initiatives and execution plans.


- Coordinate with business heads for review meetings, dashboards, and follow-ups on key deliverables.


- Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans and measurable milestones.


- Monitor and evaluate business performance against strategic objectives, highlighting risks and opportunities.


- Lead annual and quarterly business planning, budget alignment, and performance review processes.


2. Investor, Stakeholder & Board Management


- Prepare investor decks, business performance reports, and quarterly updates highlighting company growth, financials, and key initiatives.


- Support fundraising activities, including preparation of pitch materials, financial models, and due diligence documentation.


- Maintain an investor database and ensure transparent, consistent communication aligned with company goals and compliance norms.


- Serve as a point of contact for key external stakeholders on behalf of the Founders Office for information, updates, or coordination.


- Represent the Founder/CEO in select investor or partner meetings when required.


- Ensure timely and transparent communication of company performance and metrics (portfolio growth, collections, profitability, etc.).


3. Special Projects & Research


- Lead cross-functional, high-priority projects such as process re-engineering, cost optimization, digital transformation, or new business verticals.


- Benchmark company performance and offerings against key industry players.


- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer segments, pricing strategies, and market trends within the two-wheeler finance ecosystem.


- Identify operational inefficiencies or manual processes and recommend automation or technology-driven solutions.


4. Data & Digital Enablement


- Partner with technology and analytics teams to develop digital dashboards, automated reporting, and data visualization tools.


- Use analytics to generate actionable insights for portfolio growth, risk reduction, and process optimization.


- Support the adoption of digital-first operating models across departments.
