We Offer: Operational risk is the risk of incidents resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people or systems, or from external events. Our primary aim in Operational Risk Management is the early identification, recording, assessment, monitoring, prevention and mitigation of operational risks, as well as timely and meaningful management reporting. The Operational Risk Framework, Controls and Analysis (ORM FCA) department: - Develops and maintains the Operational Risk Framework, ensuring bank-wide implementation thereof and conducts trainings Analyses regulatory developments and leads regulatory / external dialogue - Designs and provides support to implement a bank-wide Enterprise Risk and Control Framework - Develops Metrics framework, Incident data management process, and management information reporting Key Responsibilities - Support ORM FCA with elements of Strategic Analysis and Management of Operational Risk Incidents and Related Systems. Areas of responsibility include - Support Strategic Analysis of Operational risk Incidents (both external and internal) to advise on effective and proactive risk management and to inform other Operational risk Framework components e.g. Top Risks, RCSA and Controls among others - Support the design and development of Operational Risk methodologies Work on documentation of various process flows and analytics method Engage with stakeholders for review of proposed methodology to incorporate their views and allow implementation - Maintaining tool suite containing Excel, Access and VBA macros to facilitate production - Engage with IT and business stakeholders to provide business requirements for development of Strategic OpRisk Management tools and support end to end process including testing, documentation, training and knowledge base management of the tools You Offer: - Post Graduate with 3-4 years of work experience in a Global Bank - Strong analytical/technical background, paired with strong interpersonal & communication skillset - Ability to analyze and document business requirements - Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines and to high quality standard - Ability to think independently, pick up new concepts quickly and present views and recommendations in an objective and credible manner, while maintaining strong relationships with Operational Risk stakeholders - Be able to work autonomously in a global team setup with hands-on and proactive involvement in delivery of multiple components - Advanced MS office skills (VBA knowledge preferable) - Fluent in English (spoken and written) Desired - Technical Writing Skills - Risk Management / Operations / Controlling background - People and project management experience - Report, dashboard and analysis design
