Pune and Powai Compliance comprises deployed activities of global CCO processes including Financial Crime Compliance, Surveillance, Client onboarding/KYC, Personal Account Trading, Policy & Training that are carried out from Pune. - The Pune and Powai Compliance mandate is to monitor various business activities on all levels based on regular and ad-hoc Compliance risk assessments so to minimize potential risks to CS's reputation and the violation of laws or regulations. - The FUSION RTB Team serves to assist in institutionalizing the use of the FUSION Risk & Regulatory Management System and supporting the additional workload associated with transition to a global BAU platform. - The Team will assist in driving the global adoption of the FUSION platform across Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, and beyond to other Control Functions and applicable Business Functions / - Personnel adopting the system. - The Team will provide first line support for the Platform, ensuring the required governance operates as per management requirement, that assistance is provided to users, and that supporting capabilities required to maximize the platform's optimization are staffed. Key Responsibilities include : - Day-to-day management of the FUSION platform - Management of user communications - Business Support service for users - Delivery of user training and required follow-up support - Central oversight around change requests in coordination with the IT Development Team - Coordination with Divisional teams / leadership to assist the global onboarding of other Divisions / teams onto the platform - Upkeep of the FUSION system User Manual - Maintenance of FUSION system field taxonomies / change request coordination - Support of the FUSION Global Governance Oversight Committee - Drive consultations around design of additional functionality - Support delivery of Risk Acceptance Portal, Policy Exception Portal, Activity Portal, Reporting and MI functionality - Assist in development of sprint prioritization - BAU MI / Reporting support / analytics. Your skills & experience : To excel in this role, you should possess below : - Graduate degree in Engineering, Finance or related subject area.
