More about us on https://www.creditsaison.in We are looking for a Manager to join us in the CEO office - New Business Initiatives team to focus on Strategy and Investments to scale & grow our business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assisting in sourcing and scouting potential target and interacting regularly with the Investment bankers & other relevant stakeholders - Building financial models and investment proposals for the targets - Create & maintain deal documentation including but not limited to investment memorandum, briefing documents and periodic updates (monthly/quarterly - for internal as well as external communication) - Support evaluation and execution of the due diligence process, leveraging internal and external subject matter experts as required - Evaluating potential business opportunities by carrying out research of target company & industry and subsequently deriving business potential and target market share along with profitability and unit cost economics analysis. - Drive high-visibility, time-critical projects by quickly understanding context and executing with minimal oversight - Benchmark domestic and global fintech companies to keep track of the innovations in the industry and derive useful insights for the business. - Conducting financial analysis. support execution and day to day project management - Manage multiple projects by documenting and monitoring project plan requirements and timelines, ensuring all necessary operations are in place as required - Identifying and resolving project bottlenecks and ensure completion within timelines. - Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status and course corrections. Required Skills & Qualifications: "We don't need superheroes, just super minds with a winning attitude!" - MBA (finance) from tier 1 B-School or CA/CFA with 3-5 years of work experience - Prior work experience in Investment banking/Private Equity/Management consulting/VC roles with end to end deal management experience will be preferred. - Excellent analytical skills, ability to decipher trend and analysis from the complex/limited data - Sound business model skills and basic accounting knowledge, Understanding of the Indian Financial Services & Fintech industry and especially lending is must. - Impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to derive actionable insights from various data sources. - Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously
