About the Role
We're looking for a passionate culture builder to join our People & Culture team. As Manager - Culture, you will be the driving force behind our diversity and inclusion, Health & Wellness and employer branding initiatives. This role is about creating an environment where every employee feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential and thrive.
What You'll Do
- Design & implement DEI programs to improve representation, inclusion, and belonging.
- Review policies, run awareness sessions, and support employee resource groups.
- Build and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, careers site, campuses, and industry forums.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and leaders to embed DEI and EVP in talent practices.
- Track DEI & branding metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend improvements.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and content creation (stories, videos, campaigns) champion inclusivity, embed equitable practices, and track progress.
- Build recognition culture - manage rewards and recognition frameworks that celebrate everyday impact.
- Measure impact - track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously raise the bar.
What You'll Bring
- 5 - 8 years of HR/engagement/DEI experience roles.
- Strong program management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and inclusion.
