Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Workday Core HCM implementation and ongoing optimization, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and configuration.
- Configure, maintain, and support key modules such as Recruiting, compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Performance Management and letter building.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, recommending system enhancements to meet operational and strategic goals.
- Serve as a primary liaison between HR, IT, and end users for Workday technical and functional support.
- Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot system or data issues.
- Coordinate change management and training activities to maximize system adoption and user competence.
- Manage and resolve HRIS helpdesk tickets and user inquiries promptly.
- Document and maintain all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Evaluate and manage Workday releases, software upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Develop and deliver robust HRIS training programs/materials.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and data governance regulations.
- Analyze HR data and provide reports, metrics, and dashboards for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for system integrations and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Workday HRIS Specialist, Analyst, or Consultant (preferably in implementing and supporting Workday).
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices (Compensation, recruiting, time & absence, benefits, talent).
- Hands-on experience in configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday modules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting (Excel, Tableau, Workday reporting tools).
- Effective communicator, trainer, and collaborator with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security within HRIS domain.
- Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline), Workday certifications preferred.
- Self-driven, organized, prioritizes critical tasks and meets deadlines
