Credit Risk Strategy Manager - Consumer Loans

5+ years' experience in credit / risk management roles (preferably consumer loans) in a bank, NBFC, or e-commerce start-up.

1. Developing strategies that will help manage risk and drive growth in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands

2. Drive improvements in credit performance by implementing future consumer credit trends to existing credit processes and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis

3. Work closely with colleagues across the Company, be it Credit, Product or Operations

4. Supplementing conceptual thinking skills must be supplemented by a strong quantitative orientation.

5. Strong decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business

6. Good written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

7. Drive and execute a plan in an uncertain and fluid environment
