We are hiring for one of the Top MNC in Mumbai Location for Credit Risk modeling profiles. Exp : 2-6yrs. Location : Mumbai. Responsibilities: 1. Task: Complex analysis, evaluation &amp; decision-making - Development/ calibration and maintenance of rating methodologies and credit risk parameters for various wholesale portfolios of Bank - Analytical support of RM clients in the risk assessment and statistical analysis in general - Assurance of Basel III / IV readiness of developed models including responsibility for related processes (e.g. support and participation in regulatory audits or studies) - Assurance of Model Risk Management requirements, e.g. SR11-07 standards 2. Data processing: Collecting complex information and processing it ready for decision-making - Extensive use of data analysis and statistical methods (classification, regression) for quantifying credit risk 3. Improvements: Development of very complex methods, processes or analyses as well as improvements - Recalibration of developed models and continuous improvement of development and calibration methodologies, especially taking into account regulatory developments 4. Relationship management - Build relationships with Risk colleagues - Relationship with stakeholders and business associates, internal &amp; external - Relationship with Senior Management (Management Board - 2) &amp; with regulators &amp; supervisory authorities - Support for dealing with internal and external audit requests Education and Experience: - Relevant university degree (Master) in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematical Finance/ Statistics/ Econometrics) with focus on applications and relevant professional experience necessary or - Relevant university degree (PhD) in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematical Finance/ Statistics/ Econometrics) necessary Competencies: - High level of particular specialist know-how/ methodological expertise necessary: - Practical knowledge in the modeling of credit risk parameters (PD, LGD, CCF) - Strong IT / data management skills plus experience with relevant statistical and other software packages (e.g. Excel VBA, Python, SAS, R, Matlab, C++) - Strong analytical skills and ability to efficiently solve problems independently and proactively - Experience in independent project work Personal characteristics: - Ability to work with both a high degree of independence &amp; as part of a team across locations - Flexibility with respect to learning new skills and the ability to work also under stressful circumstances efficiently and diligently is required - Excellent written and verbal skills in English
