Description: Hiring credit risk modelers for global consulting firm. Location Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

- To design, implement, and continuously refine data-driven collections strategies using analytics to improve recoveries and reduce delinquencies.

- The role involves developing actionable insights from customer behaviour, segmented models, and managing strategy performance.

Strategy Development and Optimization:

- Develop risk-based, segmented collections strategies for delinquency cycles based on credit risk, payment history, etc.

- Identify high-risk accounts and define treatment paths based on roll rates, risk and customer affordability.

- Leverage holiday season and salary cycle patterns to time collection outreach for maximum effectiveness.

- Monitor roll rates, PTP adherence, Payment channels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Predictive Modeling and Advanced Analytics:

- Build statistical and machine learning models to forecast delinquency, predict like hood of payment and optimize resource allocation.

- Leverage advanced analytics (like sentiment analysis and response tone modeling) to optimize customer communication strategies.

Monitoring and Campaign Management:

- Monitor key customer performance / payment / recovery metrics, and effectiveness of campaign strategies.

- Build automated dashboards for collections portfolio monitoring and preparation of monthly campaign base.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Masters degree in statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.

- Experience in credit risk, collections or portfolio management.

- Prior exposure to strategy design, predictive modeling, and performance tracking for collections portfolios.
