Credit Research Analyst - BFS

- We're Hiring: Analyst - CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) | Mumbai.

- Are you passionate about Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and have a strong foundation in credit risk, valuation, and financial analysis? We are looking for talented professionals with 1-2.

- 5 years of experience to join our growing CMBS team.

What You'll Do:

- Underwrite Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions and prepare detailed asset summary reports.

- Analyze property and market characteristics, strengths, and risks of transactions.

- Work on financial modelling, valuation methods, and financial statement analysis.

- Gain exposure to securitization, asset management, and structured finance.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in Asset Management, Real Estate/Warehouse Management, Credit Analysis, or Commercial Loan Management.

- Strong understanding of CRE property types, valuation methods, and CMBS concepts (DY, DSCR, LTV).

- Background in Finance/Accounting (UG in Finance, CA/CMA Inter preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Office; financial modelling skills are a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Mumbai (only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered).

- Preferred Background: Candidates from rating agencies, investment banks, or financial services firms with exposure to CMBS, securitization, and real estate finance.
