Credit Manager - Supply Chain Finance (SCF)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Accounting

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Credit Manager - Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to manage the end-to-end credit lifecycle for working capital portfolios. The role focuses on Anchor Assessment (Mid & Large Corporates) and evaluating risk across their supplier, distributor, and dealer ecosystems.

This position requires a strong balance between financial analysis, risk management, and operational efficiency, ensuring fast turnaround times without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Underwriting & Anchor Assessment

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, DSCR, Debt-Equity).

- Evaluate anchor relationships and ecosystem strength.

- Structure credit programs, limits, and tenors.

2. Risk Monitoring & Portfolio Management

- Identify Early Warning Signals (EWS) to mitigate risk.

- Monitor repayment trends and portfolio health.

- Track industry trends and macroeconomic risks.

3. TAT (Turnaround Time) Management

- Ensure timely processing of credit proposals within SLA timelines.

- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve bottlenecks.

- Support business cycles with quick limit enhancements.

4. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure accurate and compliant credit documentation.

- Maintain audit readiness and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

- Follow KYC/AML norms strictly.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage third-party vendors and validate reports.

- Collaborate with Sales & Product teams for deal structuring.

- Present credit proposals with risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong financial statement analysis & credit underwriting expertise

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital lending

- Risk assessment and portfolio management skills

- Familiarity with credit scoring models & digital SCF platforms

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
