Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Credit Risk Assessment:

i. Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and other relevant information.

ii. Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure sound credit decisions.

2. Underwriting:

i. Conduct thorough underwriting of two-wheeler loan applications.

ii. Assess collateral, financial statements, and other relevant documents.

3. Policy Compliance:

i. Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

ii. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit regulations.

4. Portfolio Management:

i. Monitor and manage the credit portfolio to minimize risk exposure.

ii. Develop strategies for portfolio optimization and growth.

5. Team Leadership:

i. Provide leadership and guidance to the credit team.

ii. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in credit management within the NBFC sector, specifically in two-wheeler financing.

3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

4. Knowledge of credit risk models and underwriting principles.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
