Job Summary:

A leading bank is seeking an experienced Credit Manager Real Estate (Construction Finance) to handle credit appraisal and risk assessment for construction finance and developer funding. The role requires strong expertise in underwriting, structuring, and monitoring construction finance proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appraise and underwrite construction finance and real estate developer proposals

- Evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, and construction timelines

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit risk assessment

- Review legal, technical, and compliance documents related to construction projects

- Monitor disbursements, project progress, and portfolio quality

- Coordinate with business, legal, and technical teams

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6+ years of credit experience in Real Estate / Construction Finance

- Mandatory experience in construction finance underwriting

- Currently associated with a Bank or NBFC

- Strong understanding of real estate regulations and project funding structures

- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
