Credit Manager - Medium Enterprise Banking

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality and timely credit appraisal & approvals as per delegation and credit policy.

- Assess and review credit proposals, prepare high-quality CAMs, and present key observations to senior management.

- Manage and monitor loan portfolio quality, including credit ratings, delinquency, exceptions, and de-risk/AL accounts.

- Lead and monitor team performance (TAT, productivity) and drive regional goals.

- Coordinate with seniors for approvals and respond to internal audit & hindsight observations.

- Conduct monthly regional review meetings with key stakeholders.

- Identify process gaps, suggest policy/process improvements, and collaborate with Business, Policy & OSD teams.
