Credit Manager - Education Loan

Job Description:

- An MBA or CA in Marketing and Finance will be preferred.

- Need a local language expert.

- Should be open for Travel within the state to ensure Physical Verification.

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit management experience in the Loan Department.

- Manage daily Education Loan files and ensure that all loan files meet corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.

- Credit Appraisal Underwriting: Maintaining the decision quality of appraisal and TAT for decision-making of the case.

- Meeting the loan borrowers and the applicants for personal interaction based on the risk profile of cases.

- Coordination with the sales and operations Team.

- Assessment of borrowers' profiles, repayment capacity, and income stability.

- Understand and interpret results of financial analysis, banking analysis, and bureau reports.

- Analysis of all customer-related information in line with credit risk policy to check eligibility.

- Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers or consumers' profiles and loan requirements.

- Contribute to the development of new techniques, improvement of processes, and workflows by applying in-depth knowledge

- Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analysing credit and financial performance
