Designation: Credit Manager - Construction Finance

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Appraisal of real estate projects involving financial, technical, economic, credit risk analysis.

- Evaluating the project, the borrower profile, performing financial modelling, assessment of risks associated with the proposal and mitigants thereof.

- Structuring the transaction, finalization of term sheets, preparing a comprehensive presentation and business plan finalization, presenting the proposal to the committee and obtaining the sanction for the same.

- Assisting all internal and external stakeholders in closing the various due diligences through coordination and liaison.

- Managing loan disbursement, security generation, and document preparation, completion, and execution.

- Disbursements are processed after a satisfactory compliance check and account performance evaluation.

- Managing post-disbursement compliances, monitoring project progress, etc.
