Credit Manager - Commercial Vehicle Loan

- Design, implement, and optimize business rules for credit underwriting and decisioning in the Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) financing segment.

- Work closely with credit and technology teams to enhance automation, improve turnaround time, and maintain portfolio quality.

- Develop, configure, and maintain business rules within the BRE platform for SCV loan underwriting and decisioning.

- Translate credit policies and risk guidelines into system-driven rules and workflows.

- Collaborate with credit, risk, analytics, and IT teams to implement rule changes and enhancements.

- Monitor rule performance and recommend optimizations based on portfolio trends and approval rates.

- Conduct impact analysis for any policy or rule changes before deployment.

- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual underwriting efforts and improve TAT.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

- Perform UAT testing for BRE changes and coordinate deployments with technology teams.
