Designation: Credit Manager (LAP) (CA Qualified).

Job Description:

- Evaluate loan proposals for Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Conduct comprehensive financial, technical, and legal due diligence on loan applications.

- Approve or recommend credit proposals in accordance with company policies.

- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Profile Specifications:

- Proven experience in credit assessment of LAP.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Sound knowledge of financial ratios, risk assessment, and credit evaluation.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
