Designation: Credit Head - LAP & Unsecured Business loan

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 18- 25 years

Education: CA/MBA

Role & Responsibilities:

- Define and implement robust credit policies and underwriting guidelines for UBL and LAP products.

- Evaluate large and complex credit proposals within defined delegation limits and recommend cases beyond limits to higher authorities.

- Monitor portfolio quality, early warning signals (EWS), delinquency trends, and implement corrective actions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of credit professionals across zones/regions.

- Ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for underwriting.

- Partner with business heads to balance growth and risk objectives.

- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for policy adherence and process standardization.
