Credit Head - EV Lending

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years in credit underwriting or risk within an NBFC, bank, or fintech; vehicle finance experience strongly preferred

- Has a point of view on alternative data in EV credit - telematics, vehicle usage patterns, charging behaviour - and has used or is eager to build on it

- Comfortable writing a credit policy document as well as reviewing a SQL query - not siloed in one domain

- Experience working with a tech or product team, not just alongside one

- Strong working knowledge of CIBIL, Equifax, and CRIF bureau platforms

- Hands-on experience with LOS platforms and credit analytics tools

- Deep understanding of RBI NBFC regulations and IRACP norms

- MBA in Finance or CA preferred; strong relevant experience will be considered
