Credit Analyst - Women Returnship Program

Description: Opportunity for women professionals looking to restart their careers with a leading multinational bank through a structured returnship program. The role involves credit analysis and risk assessment for corporate banking portfolios, including financial analysis, credit appraisal, and documentation review. This is a 6-month onsite contract role across key metro locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis and credit evaluation for corporate clients

- Prepare credit appraisal notes and risk assessment reports

- Support relationship and risk teams in credit structuring and underwriting

- Review borrower financials, cash flow projections, and covenant compliance

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for credit approvals and documentation

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal credit policies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3-10 years of experience in banking with exposure to credit analysis

- Experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, or credit risk roles

- Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements

- Women professionals who have taken a career break of 6+ months

- Willing to work onsite in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi
