- Assess and structure diverse transactions across industries, ensuring robust credit evaluation and risk assessment.
- Manage the complete loan sanction process - from data analysis, financial due diligence, and cash flow projections to credit proposal presentation before the Committee.
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports summarizing key risks, mitigants, strengths, and structuring recommendations.
- Develop and analyze financial models, identifying key value drivers and industry sensitivities.
- Handle post-sanction activities including disbursements, covenant monitoring, and preparation of periodic review reports (monthly/quarterly).
- Prepare sectoral analyses, stress tests, and portfolio performance reports to identify emerging risks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners such as technical, legal, and compliance consultants for effective credit administration.
- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present material for management reviews and credit committee meetings.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and respond to audit queries as required.
- Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, market movements, and industry developments that may impact credit portfolios.
Preferred Profile:
- Preferred CA / CFA / MBA
- 5-11 years of experience in credit assessment, project finance, structured lending, or investment analysis.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of credit risk, financial statements, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing abilities.
