Role: Credit Analyst - Regulatory Capital
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in corporate credit analysis.
Qualification: Master's/graduate degree in Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Credit research in high-yield space, Exposure to Synthetic Risk Transfers (SRTs).
1. Conduct credit analysis of SRT instruments across geographies.
2. Analyze credit documents (term sheets, loan pools) and evaluate credit metrics.
3. Interpret outputs from internally developed credit models.
4. Summarize findings and discuss insights with the front office team.
5. Monitor existing positions and assess credit events, rating changes, and earnings.
6. Support ad hoc projects (reviewing reports, analyzing financial statements, preparing RV tables).
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze regulatory capital requirements and optimize capital strategies.
- Conduct in-depth credit research and analyze credit metrics.
- Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on capital management.
- Develop and maintain models for credit risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
