As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for in-depth credit risk analysis, corporate ratings, financial modelling, and client management. This role requires a strong academic foundation, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse companies' financial and business performance, benchmark against peers, and project future performance.

2. Independently undertake detailed credit risk analysis, including industry/business research and corporate financials.

3. Prepare high-quality rating reports that clearly capture the rationale behind the ratings.

4. Manage client relationships, engage with senior management, and present final ratings.

5. Make presentations to the Rating Committee, respond to queries, and support rating recommendations.

6. Drive franchise-building activities such as sectoral press releases, webinars, and industry events.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines.

8. Collaborate with research and internal teams to stay updated on market trends.

9. Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring quality output and adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements:

1. MBA/CA from a Tier-1 B-school with excellent academic background.

2. 2-6 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate credit, financial modelling, and risk assessment.

3. Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proven ability in client management, analytical problem-solving, and handling fast-paced environments.
