Credit Analyst - US Investment Grade Corporates (Oil, Gas, Energy, Power, Utilities)

We are hiring a Credit Analyst to support credit administration for a leading global bank's Wholesale Banking division. This role involves working closely with senior credit officers and business teams to assess the creditworthiness of US-based corporates, primarily in the Oil & Gas and Power & Utility sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed financial and credit analysis for investment-grade US corporates

- Build and review cash flow models, financial forecasts, and sector comparisons

- Draft comprehensive credit memos and presentations for internal credit committees

- Monitor covenant compliance, reporting schedules, and borrower performance

- Collaborate with deal teams to support structuring, exposure management, and risk assessment

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and credit events impacting assigned sectors

- Support regulatory and internal audit requirements related to credit reviews and documentation

Key Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in credit risk, corporate banking, or credit research

- Prior exposure to Oil & Gas or Power & Utility sector clients is highly desirable

- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit ratios, and modeling techniques

- Proficiency in Excel-based cash flow modeling

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Master's degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business

- CFA, MBA, or formal credit training will be an added advantage
