Key roles and responsibilities:
- Developing strategies that will help manage risk and drive growth in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands
- Drive improvements in credit performance by implementing future consumer credit trends to existing credit processes and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
- Work closely with colleagues across the Company, be it Credit, Product or Operations
- Supplementing conceptual thinking skills must be supplemented by a strong quantitative orientation.

- Good written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis/underwriting principles, methods, and practices

Qualifiacation - CA or MBA or master's degree in finance, Accounting or Analytics
