With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS-based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach, and customer experience. We count most of India's lending majors as our clients such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, etc, and have been able to grow 100% MoM consistently even during the pandemic. What you'll be doing: - You will manage the full cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing, advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes. - Leveraging data to influence hiring managers will be key. - Go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. - You'll champion our brand and values to the highest standards. - Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, and creative search techniques - Creating successful sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other resources tailored to individual business needs and markets - Collaborating with candidates and coordinators in scheduling interviews and collecting interview feedback - Utilizing our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions - Promoting exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process - Understanding different business functions and how they fit into the overall company - be able to educate external talent about different areas within Credgenics. What we're looking for: - Best-in-class full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 8+ years of experience which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities. - Ability to handle a team size of 3-5 recruiters with diligence. - Creative in your approach and understand the work ethic it takes to hire incredible, diverse tech talent. - Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers including HRBPs. - Experience in ATS and other new world recruitment tools, technologies and platforms to improve process efficiencies - In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence and industry insights What's in it for you?
