Description:
- Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for financial reporting in the Finance function.
- Reporting & Financial processes.
- Preparation of the financials.
- Monthly closure of the books on time & preparation of MIS.
- Ensuring the debtor ageing should not be > 30 days.
- Reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 days.
- Ensuring there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 15 days.
- Maintaining of cost parity with the HoldCo and informing HoldCo of any best practice in the subsidiary.
- Regularly looking to cut & optimize the cost.
- Analyzing the monthly cost and providing the reason for the variance.
- Preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and AOPs.
- Responsible for all accounting activities and tracking whether the compliances with various statutes are met.
- Creation of Process notes, accounting notes, and guidance notes.
- Tracking all the payments are being done correctly.
Treasury:
- To negotiate with the banks on various products.
- To forecast the working capital requirements and manage the cash flow.
- To track the weekly treasury income and ensure the ROI is maintained.
Audit:
- All expenses are booked correctly with proper approvals & supporting.
- All payments are processed correctly.
- MIS is shared correctly incorporating all the facts and disclosures.
- Revenue is booked correctly as per the agreed commercials and consumption.
- Debtors are being followed up regularly to ensure DSO is within 30 days.
Requirements:
- Should have worked with a startup company.
- Early joiners preferred.
