Credfund is Hiring Manager / Senior Manager (Investor Acquisition). Noida
Experience: 4-8 years | Investor Sales | Private Markets.
Credfund is looking for a driven professional to acquire and manage HNI/UHNI investors, wealth partners, and family offices for our curated alternative investment products pre-IPO equity, structured credit, revenue-linked financing, asset-backed opportunities, and private markets deals.
What You'll do:
- Acquire HNI/UHNI investors through outbound outreach, referrals & events.
- Explain investment opportunities and convert interest into commitments.
- Manage investor relationships, queries, reviews, and onboarding.
- Support deal closures with presentations & summaries.
- Build partnerships with wealth managers, RIAs, angel networks & family offices.
- Ensure compliance, documentation & KYC.
Who we are looking for:
- 4-8 years in wealth management, private banking, AIF/PMS sales, private credit, or alternate investment platforms.
- Strong communication & financial storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify, prospect, and acquire HNI/UHNI investors through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct investor meetings to explain investment products and highlight value propositions.
- Convert investor interest into commitments by articulating deal narratives effectively.
- Build a strong pipeline of individual and institutional investors.
2. Investor Relationship Management
- Own end-to-end investor lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, deal evaluation, and post-investment engagement.
- Address investor queries, provide timely updates, and maintain high levels of trust and transparency.
- Prepare and deliver investment presentations, reports, and summaries to assist decision-making.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and drive repeat investments.
3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
- Develop and manage partnerships with Wealth Managers, RIAs, angel networks, investment advisors, PMS/AIF partners, and family offices.
- Participate in roadshows, events, webinars, and investor gatherings to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal product, research, and legal teams to support seamless deal execution.
4. Compliance, Documentation & Governance
- Ensure all investor transactions comply with regulatory and internal guidelines including KYC, documentation, and risk checks.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to maintain audit-ready records.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and integrity in investor interactions.
Who We Are Looking For?
Experience & Background:
- 4-8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, PMS/AIF Distribution, Private Credit, Investment Sales, or Alternative Investment Platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of managing affluent investor portfolios and closing high-ticket deals (10-25 lakh and above).
- Strong exposure to private market investment opportunities and structured financial products.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional communication, financial storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to understand deal structures and explain risk-return frameworks.
- Relationship-driven personality with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership mindset, target-driven approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in investor engagement tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
