- create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source partnership opportunities - structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories - plan and own monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with new and existing partner relationships - interface with other CRED teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for CRED consumers, brands and CRED. - help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the CRED product - liaison with product & ops teams to ensure client commitments are delivered & reported e2e - deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization - you will represent CRED and be our partners' liaison internally - manage a team of 1-2 partnerships associates to help grow the CRED business.
