Role Overview: As a Product Manager with a background in B2C and E-Commerce, you will leverage your expertise to lead and manage the development of consumer-focused products within our platform. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive user growth, engagement, and retention. You will focus on building products that cater to both business clients and end-users, ensuring seamless interactions across digital channels and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: - Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2C and E-Commerce aspects of Credflow's offerings. - Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends within the B2C and E-Commerce space to inform product decisions. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align product goals with overall business objectives, and ensure the product portfolio meets customer expectations. Customer-Centric Development: - Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, behaviors, and needs by analyzing customer data, conducting market research, and gathering direct feedback. - Prioritize features and initiatives that improve the user experience, enhance customer engagement, and drive long-term product adoption. Cross-Functional Leadership: - Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to successfully execute product initiatives. - Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product features and solutions. - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product priorities and goals. E-Commerce & Digital Product Management: - Use your expertise in B2C and E-Commerce to design and refine product features that drive conversion, retention, and revenue for our customers. - Work on optimizing user journeys across digital platforms, including web and mobile, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and efficient customer experience. - Analyze performance metrics such as user acquisition, conversion rates, churn, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, customer behavior, and identify areas for optimization. - Continuously iterate on products based on data insights, user feedback, and market trends. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy: - Work closely with the marketing team to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches. - Ensure that product features are well-documented, with clear messaging and educational materials that empower both customers and internal teams. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: - Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the B2C and E-Commerce space to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative. - Foster a culture of continuous product improvement, user-centric design, and rapid iteration to enhance customer value. Qualifications: Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2C, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing products. - Proven experience in delivering successful digital products or platforms, driving user engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. - Strong understanding of the B2C customer lifecycle, user experience design, and product analytics. Skills & Competencies: - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex product challenges in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of digital product metrics, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Experience with Agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is preferred. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Preferred: - Experience with e-commerce platforms or B2C SaaS products is highly desirable. - Familiarity with customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, and mobile app product management. - Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Asana, or other product management and analytics platforms.
