The Opportunity
- As the Creator Marketing Manager for a creator-focused platform, you will be the driving force behind how we engage, recruit, and amplify the next generation of digital storytellers in India.
- This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of brand strategy, data-driven experimentation, and cultural trend-spotting. You will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, managing multi-million dollar campaigns and building a robust ecosystem of creators, labels, and partners.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy & GTM Leadership
- Own the Mandate: Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for the client in India, overseeing influencer campaign management from briefing to execution.
- Partner Ecosystem: Orchestrate collaboration between creative agencies, media partners, talent labels, and internal business teams to drive product adoption.
- Paid Media Integration: Partner with media agencies to implement high-impact paid strategies that scale reach and engagement.
2. Creator Recruitment & Optimization
- Growth Engines: Develop and execute scalable strategies to recruit and optimize creator participation across client's products.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all agency-led executions align with global brand guidelines while maintaining local cultural relevance.
- Trend Monitoring: Act as the internal "pulse" for the creator economy, identifying emerging trends and mitigating brand risks in real-time.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Global Alignment: Work seamlessly with APAC Marketing and Global Social teams to localize product launches and share best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Present campaign performance and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership with clarity and data-backed confidence.
4. Experimentation & Analysis
- Test & Learn: Design and run robust marketing experiments to optimize creator selection and creative formats.
- Data Synthesis: Translate complex campaign analytics into actionable insights,
socializing "wins and fails" across the organization to inform future strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 9+ years in Marketing or Strategy (Agency or Client-side). A track record in the social media or creator ecosystem is a plus, but not a prerequisite for a fast learner.
- Extreme Ownership: You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and build a point of view from scratch.
- Analytical Intuition: You are comfortable with data and social analytics tools, but you also possess the "creative gut" to know what content will go viral.
- Project Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex budgets and multiple high-stakes campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can tell a compelling story to an audience of creators or a boardroom of executives.
