Position Title: Creative Strategist

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or communication planning - agency or brand-side
Location: Bangalore
Team Size: Individual Contributor
Education: Degree/Diploma from a reputed Design School

- Curious, articulate, and opinionated - able to challenge, refine, and elevate ideas.
- Exposure to digital, social, and integrated campaign thinking.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to define brand and communication strategies that drive growth.
- Lead brand positioning, purpose articulation, and narrative frameworks for new and existing brands.
- Drive strategy for new product launches, from insight to messaging to go-to-market articulation.
- Translate consumer insights, trends, and business goals into actionable creative briefs.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and media teams to ensure ideas stay strategically anchored.
- Work with leadership to evolve tone of voice, storytelling approach, and campaign platforms.
- Contribute to pitches, presentations, and workshops with a confident strategic and creative lens.
- Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and category trends to inspire forward-thinking creative work.
