What You'll Do:
- Lead creative thinking on client briefs from insight to execution.
- Build pitch decks, creative presentations, and internal documents that are visually engaging and conceptually strong.
- Write engaging scripts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and copy for social media.
- Ideate and write content ideas for reels, short videos, and social media posts for our own company handles.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, unconventional ideas to the table.
- Interpret client briefs, communicate with clients effectively, and guide internal teams on how best to deliver.
- Collaborate with team members and jump in when needed with basic design or editing skills.
- Use tools like Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and others to deliver high-quality, on-brand presentations and assets.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or brand communication in Influencer Marketing
- A strong portfolio of pitch decks, campaign ideas, scripts, blogs, or content-led projects.
- Exceptional storytelling skills both visual and written.
- An eye for design and detail, and comfort with tools like Canva, Google Slides, and PPT.
- Familiarity with basic editing or design software (e.g. Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc. is a plus).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to own projects from ideation to delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, you're confident talking to clients and teammates alike.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a creative agency or content studio.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats (especially Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn).
- A strong personal aesthetic and curiosity for all things creative and cultural.
