About the Role:
The Creative Lead position is a new role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, designed to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and business growth.
The primary objective is to build a strong, consistent brand identity, solving challenges such as fragmented communication, agency dependence, and limited brand recall.
This role is crucial for driving engagement, visibility, and sales through powerful content and campaigns.
The Creative Lead will be an individual contributor while collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, performance, and offline channels.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and communication.
- Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
- Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.
- Stay updated with market trends, consumer culture and behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign ROI to optimize marketing strategies
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in brand and content creation within D2C, FMCG, or food brands.
- Strong creative instincts with a passion for high quality content creation
- Proven experience in content strategy, copy writing, creative direction
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills ability to work with multiple teams and deliver results
- Passion for food, culture, and building brands that connect with modern consumers
