Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Lead to shape and elevate the creative output of our brand. This role is about driving impact across every touchpoint - digital and offline - while guiding a growing team of designers and video editors to deliver work that is sharp, distinctive, and consumer-first. The right candidate will combine leadership with hands-on execution, bringing both structure and fresh energy to the way we create.
This role calls for a creative leader who can balance disruption with discipline. Job Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Execution:
- Shape and oversee the brand's creative expression across digital and traditional channels - CRM, Performance, Website, App, Newspaper Print, OOH, Brochures, and more.
- Go beyond direction by being hands-on when needed, ensuring every asset is not just distinctive but also delivered with speed and craft. Drive disruptive ideas that stand out in a category crowded with sameness, while recognising the seriousness of the subject matter.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and editors. Build processes that enable speed, accountability, and quality - while stepping in directly when timelines demand it.
- Foster confidence and motivation within the team, creating an environment where structure fuels creativity.
Innovation with AI:
- Embed AI tools into everyday workflows, using them to accelerate output, explore new formats, and expand storytelling possibilities.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and efficiency through technology, making AI a natural extension of the creative process.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team and other functions to translate objectives into compelling creative.
- Balance strategic understanding with flawless execution, ensuring that the final output not only answers the brief but also elevates the brand.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in creative roles within consumer-facing companies.
- Strong creative sensibility across both digital and offline media.
- Demonstrated success leading design and video teams and delivering across diverse channels.
- Proven ability to motivate and organize teams while balancing speed with craft.
- Strong communicator with bilingual fluency in English and Hindi.
- Natural multitasker, comfortable managing parallel priorities and large columns of creative output in fast-paced environments.
- Early adopter mindset with practical experience in AI-led design and video tools.
- Track record of bringing both structure and creativity to fast-moving marketing environments.
