1. Define and own the creative vision, brand style, tone, visual language, and guidelines for the brand.
2. Translate brand strategy and business objectives into creative briefs, campaigns, and storytelling.
3. Oversee development of all creative deliverables including campaigns, visuals, social content, motion graphics, packaging, video, digital ads, etc.
4. Ensure all creative output is on-brand, consistent in visual identity and messaging, and optimized for impact and performance.
5. Review, critique, and refine work - provide detailed feedback and direction to ensure quality.
6. Work with the content team to align storytelling, messaging, and creative visuals.
7. Ensure deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Stay updated on design, advertising, digital, visual, cultural, and technology trends.
