Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own and manage the complete execution of influencer marketing plans, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
- Campaign Ideation & Conceptualization: Lead the ideation and conceptualization of innovative and engaging new influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Influencer & Celebrity Identification: Proactively identify and scout the most suitable influencers and celebrities for specific campaigns, ensuring a perfect brand fit and maximum reach.
- Negotiation & Proposal: Secure the best quotations from influencers and celebrities, and prepare compelling concepts and references for their review and approval.
- Agency Coordination: Plan and collaborate with external agencies as needed to effectively execute large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Approval Management: Coordinate and manage all necessary approvals for campaign elements, content, and talent partnerships.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Diligently track the status of all campaign tasks and create comprehensive reports to analyze performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management & Initiative: Take a proactive approach to managing a team, fostering a collaborative environment, and consistently taking initiative to drive campaign success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Campaign Management: Proven experience in the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Creative Thinking: Strong ability to ideate and conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns.
- Influencer Relations: Demonstrated knack for identifying, vetting, and collaborating with influencers and celebrities.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills for securing partnerships and quotations.
- Coordination: Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple moving parts, including external agencies and internal approvals.
- Reporting: Proficiency in tracking campaign status and creating insightful performance reports.
- Leadership: Experience in managing a team and a proactive approach to taking initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
