Creative Director - Marketing

Location: Pune (Onsite).

Experience: 10+ Years.

Role Overview:

A strategic leadership role for a visionary who can build a high-impact brand through AV content, podcasts, leadership conversations, and powerful storytelling that inspires India towards Diversity & Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead brand identity, positioning, and creative strategy.

- Drive AV content: films, interviews, reels, corporate & storytelling content.

- Lead SheWork in Podcast & leadership content series.

- Head marketing across digital, PR, events, social & community.

- Build flagship IPs (Awards, Summits, Leadership Programs, etc.

- Lead design, creatives, campaigns, and brand visual language.

- Collaborate across teams & mentor a strong creative function.

What You Bring:

- 10+ years in Creative Direction/Brand/Marketing/Communication leadership.

- Proven experience in building & scaling brands.

- Strong experience in video-first content, storytelling & campaigns.

- Experience with startup/media/agency/community-driven brands (preferred).

- Excellent communication, scripting, and creative leadership skills.
