Boldfit - Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Vision & Strategy: Define, evolve, and execute the holistic visual identity and creative strategy of the brand.

- Visual Storytelling: Oversee the conceptualization and execution of high-impact campaigns, digital content, packaging, and brand imagery that resonate deeply with our audience.

- Art Direction: Lead high-end photography, videography, and editorial shoots, directing everything from mood boards and styling to final post-production.

- Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and grow a multi-disciplinary team of graphic designers, multimedia artists, and copywriters, fostering a culture of creative excellence.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Design, and Content teams to translate business objectives into breakthrough creative assets.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs across web, retail, social, and print media strictly align with the brand's premium guidelines and design standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Fashion Communication, or a related field from a premier design institute (e.g., NIFT, Pearl, Srishti, SCAD, SID, or equivalent international design schools).

- Experience: 8+ years in the creative/design field, with at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership or art direction role.

- Industry Background: Proven experience working with lifestyle, fashion, D2C, or premium brands recognized for exceptional visual aesthetics, curation, and storytelling.

- Portfolio: A stellar portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, elevated art direction, typography, layout design, and high-quality campaign imagery.

- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and current creative technologies/software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).

- Leadership Style: A collaborative mentor who encourages bold experimentation while remaining fiercely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
